Context: Delivered via AFREETECH CAMEROON SARL.
Focus: GIS architecture · GeoServer & spatial data · technical leadership

Technical lead on two applications for a regional urban-planning authority: a GIS and a geographic-data infrastructure (IDG). Analysed existing processes and scoped both systems, designed the architecture across Next.js/Django REST, PostgreSQL/PostGIS, GeoServer, Elasticsearch and Kibana, set up GitLab CI pipelines, and configured the serving infrastructure on Hyper-V and Windows Server.
