Context: Delivered via AFREETECH CAMEROON SARL, including on-site hardware installation.

Built a platform for authenticating official diplomas and titles for a national government programme in Central Africa: developed the application, deployed and installed it on client hardware on site, and led the data migration from the client's existing records.
